Lorsqu'elle fait la rencontre de Bonnie, la chienne de la bibliothèque, Chloé réalise que lire des histoires à voix haute à Bonnie est plutôt plaisant. Si elle ne connait pas le mot, la chienne ne s'impatiente pas. Chloé n'a qu'à la flatter jusqu'à ce qu'elle arrive à le trouver.
Grâce à sa nouvelle amie, Chloé apprend à prendre son temps, et surtout, qu'il ne faut jamais abandonner. Elle découvrira qu'elle adore la lecture!

Fortunately, Chloé meets Bonnie, a library dog. Reading out loud to Bonnie isn't so bad. When Chloé gets stuck, Bonnie doesn't mind. Chloé can pet her until she figures the word out.
As it turns out, it's fun to read when you're not afraid of making mistakes. Bonnie teaches Chloé that it's okay to go slow. And to keep trying.
