This book is a collection of reflections that I wrote over the last eight years based on what people needed to learn most to really move forward. Each reflection is meant to help you widen the lens with which you look at your life. Inspired Action is meant to give you ways to help you delve a little deeper.
Because making changes can be overwhelming, I have added a section called, "Based on my perspective." In this section, you can decide on what is the one thing that is most important to you, and outline the steps forward.
The ideas, wisdom, and practical skills in this book are not just theory, they are tried and true--and they work. How do I know? Because I have used them on myself and with every client I see.
It is my intention that this book will help you move past roadblocks and into greater possibilities for your life so you can step forward in trust and confidence. Some of the concepts might be new to you, and others will be a reminder. This book can be used as a daily or weekly reflection guide or can be read anytime you need inspiration for your life.
It is my desire that you will find enough wisdom to stir your soul, enough inspiration to help you know you have the power to get what you are seeking in life, and enough practical action steps to help you do it. It's the greatest gift you can give yourself.
