My name is Chef Lemont Johnson, throughout this cookbook, I will share the stories of my life that have made me who I am. I will share my Love for God, My Family, and Cooking. I Love cooking so much, I would cook even if I did not get paid. I pride myself on cooking food so flavorful, I enjoy it myself. I like to say often "I enjoy my own cooking".
