The Board of Trustees is constituted as follows: Every Bishop of the Church and the Dean of the Seminary, is entitled to be a member of the Board. There are also fifty other Trustees, twenty-five elected by the House of Deputies at each stated General Convention and twenty-five elected by certain Dioceses on the basis Of their former contributions to the Seminary.
