Article 1. This Society shall be called the Memorandum Society of Mount Holyoke Female Seminary.
Article 2. The object of this Society shall be to obtain and perpetuate facts rel. Ative to the members of the Institution, and their future history; and also to increase the facilities for the improvement of its members while connected with the Seminary.
Article 3. The payment of will constitute an individual a member for life.
