Application for the return of such copyright hook, map, chart, dramatic or musical composition, engraving, cut, print, chromo, or photograph should be made as early as possible during the year 1913. If no such application has been received during said year, such copy right book, map, chart, dramatic or musical composition, engraving, cut, print, chromo, or photograph may be disposed of in accordance with the provisions of section 60 of said act.
