Since the previous edition of the General Customs Catalogue of blank forms was published, April 23, 1902, changes therein have been announced by Department Circulars Nos. 80 of 1903, 85 of 1905, 21 of 1907, and 50 of 1908.
The following are some of the principal differences between the 1902 Catalogue and the present (1910) Catalogue.
