Publisher's Synopsis
Excerpt from Cases of Polypus of the Womb: With Remarks
While writing, I have been consulted in a case of very alarming uterine hemorrhage in Ohio. Examination has not detected any such uterine lesion as explains the hemorrhage. The patient was about five months pregnant, and aborted without known cause. Hemorrhage soon followed, and had continued to the present time.
In my answer to the letter containing these facts, I suggested that concealed polypus might exist in the uterine cavity and cause the ?owing.
