Proverbs 22:6 says to "train up your child in the way they should go." This curriculum will give them a foundation and skills to build on now and in the future. Camping in the Word is great summer or fall themed unit. This unit is formatted to work with a mixed age group, whether you have small or large groups of kids. All the games, activities and lessons go with the Camping in the Word theme. The design is made to be teacher friendly and supplies and props are easy to locate an inexpensive. The goal of the 22:6 curriculum is to make your job as a teacher, helper, director or Children's pastor easy with little prep for the activities so you can focus on The Word. It has been tested in the church I teach in and was very successful. It is easy to modify and make it your own. Each lesson has a Memory verse with a Memory Recall activity, The Word section, a Take Action (object lesson), 66/40 activity and Breakout activity. There are also pro tips included to help you on your way. Enjoyed by kids of all ages and the volunteers who are teaching it.
