The pole line oonstruotion lias been divided into several parts, as follows: Line from oorner of Johnson and Park Sts. to oorner of Mifflin and Pairohild Sts. (Prom A to B on Map No. 1). Distanoe 4,400 feet, poles spaoed 120 feet apart, making 37 + 10 $ = 41 poles. These poles to be 50 feet long with 8 inoh tops and set 7 feet in the ground. Eaoh pole is to be equipped with two six pin oross arms and eight deep groove, double pettiooat insulators. On Johnson St., where the line orosses Bassett St., use two 55 foot and two 60 foot poles on eaoh side, in order to oross over telephone wires on Bassett Street. Eaoh pole to be equipped with one four pin oross arm, three pins and three deep groove, double pettiooat insulators. At the intersection of Washington Ave. with 0. & N. W.
