The title "Cadence of Hope" was chosen for this book because the word "cadence" in the dictionary means: "the rhythmic flow of a sequence of sounds or words." All of the poems included in the book have rhythm. The importance of rhythm in our lives is portrayed in many ways: from the beating of our hearts to the rising and setting of the sun. Poetry rhythm can be entertaining and soothing. This poetry book is eclectic in the sense that it includes a broad range of topics (both entertaining and inspirational).
