II. Introduction of newly elected officers. 12. Adjournment.
To the notice issued for the annual meeting, the Secretary shall append a list of the names and residences of all the mem bers of the Society.
The delivery of the annual address shall commence at least one hour before the time fixed for dinner. IV Unless the Society shall make a special appointment, the President, Secretary and Treasurer Shall be a Committee of Arrangements for each and every meeting.
