Les Grecs modernes ont mieux utilisé le temple: ils en ont fait une carrière; les Tégéates ont ainsi construit sur la route de Piali à Achouria une église qui tombe en ruines et que j'ai fouillée. J'ai retrouvé là beaucoup de marbres ayant fait partie du mur de la cella, quelques blocs encore intacts, grands cubes d'une taille parfaite de long, de haut, à d'épaisseur). Dans cette mème église, trois statues ro maines servaient de fondations et de pierres d'angles: elles ont un peu souffert de ce régime.
