No person can take or make use ofthe name or title of Archi tect, either singly or in connection with any other word, name, title or designation, giving it to be understood that he is an architect under this act (act to incorporate The Province of Quebec Ass ociation of Architects, unless he is registered under this act as a member of the said association. Any person, not being regis tcred, las a member oi the said association, takes or makes use of any such name, title or designation, as above mentioned, shall be liable, upon summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding twenty-five dollars for the first offence, and not exceeding one hundred dollars for every subsequen tofl'ence.
