The definition of Trust business as meaning and including any business or office or appointment embraced in the objects set out in Schedule A to the Act; and secondly. The definition of Trust Company. Which includes. Briefly speaking. Any company which has power under its charter to carry on Trust business with the exception of any Chartered Bank in Canada and any Loan Company approved by the lieutenant-governor and previously incorporated by Private Act either of the Province or the Dominion.
