A misfiring prop leads Amy and Ambrose into a complicated case.
When Amy and Ambrose are called to a suspicious death at a theatre, they find themselves having to deal with a series of strange connections between the killer and their victim, and everything points to their main suspect being innocent even if he struck the killing blow.
The more they uncover about the case, the more complicated it becomes, and it's soon evident that there's more to the case than first meets the eye.
