Publisher's Synopsis
The class Eublepharis, of which one realized sort is The Leopard Gecko, were first portrayed by the British zoologist John Edward Gray in 1827. The historical underpinnings of their name is 'eu' = acceptable (=true) 'blephar' = eyelid, and all have completely useful eyelids. Individuals from this sort are found in eastern and southwestern Asia where they live in rough prairie living spaces.
