Handholding some of his customers through a difficult implementation becomes even more challenging after Oracle announced its hostile takeover attempt of PeopleSoft in 2003. "Bondage, Gunshots and Mergers" also takes us through the last nine years of PeopleSoft's company history through the completion of the Oracle/PeopleSoft merger agreement in late 2004.
