The dates will remain unchanged from year to year. The workers may retire or go to other fields; they will still need our prayers. If they pass to the beyond the work they leave behind will still need them.
We hope the book will prove helpful as a work of reference, as we have' tried to secure exact dates, not approximate ones, and if not quite sure of a date we state the fact.
A few days in several of the months are filled with other items, but, as a rule, these suggest subjects of prayer.
We are sorry for the omissions, and doubtless there are many mistakes, but even with these we trust the book may prove a blessing and a help to the workers at home and on the field.
