Biofouling and Biocorrosion in Industrial Water Systems presents the state-of-the-science on biofilm processes that relate to fouling corrosion of surfaces used in industrial systems. The book explores engineering and scientific approaches to the characterization and control of biofilm processes, and it introduces new developments in the analysis and understanding of microbial processes.
