I would again recommend that the list of securities in which the School Fund may be invested be increased by the addition of irrigation district bonds, investment therein to be optional with the Board of Ex aminers. Also, I would again call your attention to the plan of loaning the surplus money in the treasury, as outlined in my former report, as I believe the adoption of such a plan would be of great practical finan cial benefit to the State.
