Dear Sir - In conformity With the provisions contained in Chapter 34, Laws of 1911, I have the honor to submit to you for your consideration a report of the work performed by the Department of Weights and Measures, beginning July 5, 1911, to December 5, 1912, inclusive, together with such suggestions and recommendations that my observations lead me to believe would be beneficial to the Department of Weights and Meas ures in its future operation of the law regulating the use 01 weights and measures in this state.
