Publisher's Synopsis
Excerpt from Bibliography of the Writings of Sir William Osler
The increase to the present number of titles has been made through pleasant, if labourious, research as well as by the generous help of Sir William Osler's friends. If all sug gestions as to titles have not been. Accepted, it is because the authorship of many unsigned articles could not be established and not from lack of appreciation of the kindness of those who gave them.
I am particularly grateful to Dr. W. W. Francis, who was the bearer of messages from Sir William, and who has given valuable addenda.
