Sarah Laughton has lived in domestic harmony with Stevie Morgan, ten years her junior, for three years, thereby, alleviating her insatiable sex-drive on demand. Since rescuing her from her Bitch Mistress, Penny Frankton, after Penny was convicted for committing sexual offences against a female minor, grooming girls for sex and destruction of Stevie's possessions and using sexual abuse and violence to control her, Stevie, who's own sex-drive is, almost, as insatiable as Sarah's, is happy to oblige with her demands. Sarah's world comes crashing down around her though, after allowing Stevie more freedom to socialise with Mark, a gay, work colleague, and his husband, and they go on a drunken night out to a gay night club, after spending a few hours drinking in a pub, where they are joined by a 'supposedly straight' work colleague, Jackie.After Sarah finds an incriminating, love-bite on Stevie, she is suspected of having sex with the younger woman, the dire consequences of which threaten to destroy all their individual friendships. When drugs are also found on her, Sarah is determined to get to the bottom of what happened in the club, revealing a world of mistrust. Determined not to lose her she reverts to the controlling ways of The Circle in forcing her to sign an agreement, reinstating the condition that Stevie obeys her or leaves, as there is no alternative, unravelling their secure existence.
