Preeclampsia, a complex pathology, involves an imbalance of angiogenic factors. Our aim was to identify the best serum screening marker. For two years since 2018, a prospective comparative study was carried out on 356 patients, with serum PAPP-A and PLGF assays in the first trimester of pregnancy, to assess their predictive capacity for preeclampsia.Serum PAPP-A and PlGF concentrations were significantly lower in the group of women who had developed preeclampsia than in the control group.
