Wenn nun, wie ioben erw�hnt, von vielen Chirurgen bei der Entfernung der Geschosse ein abwartendes Verfahren empfohlen wurde, so gingen diese keineswegs von der Ansicht aus, dass solche in den Wunden verbliebene Fremdk�rper als gleichg�ltige, harmlose Gebilde anzusehen w�ren. Vielmehr manche Gefahr, manche Complication wird durch sie bedingt.
