This book on "Basic Electrical and Electronics Engineering" has been specifically written for B.E. 1st Year ( Common to Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Aeronautical and Marine Engineering disciplines ) of Anna University, Tamil Nadu, strictly according to the latest syllabus. It consists of ten chapters in all, covering exhaustively the various topics in different chapters of the complete syllabus. Er. R.K. Rajput , born on 15th September, 1944 (coincident with Engineer's Day) is a multi-disciplinary engineer. He obtained his Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (with Hons.-Gold Medal) from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala.
