Before any man walked the face of the earth, animals existed first. GOD was careful in making every creature unique. While animals so not possess a soul like you and I, GOD breathed the breath of life inside of them. Animals have a level of intellect according to their species as well. On Day 5 of Creation, GOD brings forth the sea animals and bird of the air.
