Publisher's Synopsis
We now live in a world where how you look or appear to a person defines you. Somehow how you look or people's perception of your body is the deciding factor on how they relate with you and regard you. Society or people choose to put you in a prison of their own choosing based on what their ideal type is and the irony of it all is that they are so indecisive about what their ideal type is. They could term you beautiful today and not tomorrow. It is also normal to see a skinny person being shamed for being too skinny and a fatter person belittled also for eating too much. They seem to have something to say nevertheless. If you have ever experienced bullying or more because of your size, color, face or any other thing in regards to your body image, you are not alone- but you are more than your size, you are more than your appearance. Do not let someone else's offhand remark mess with you or make you feel less than you really are. You and you alone should choose how to treat your body, value and respect it.
In Body image Beauty standards and Self confidence for girls and women by Lizeth May Daniels you learn to love and appreciate your body as it is
