Howard Floss, M.A. Ed., certified to teach psychology and a retired educator wrote Behavior Management Programs for Behavior Disorders at the Oakwood Residential Training Facility for five years. He was a trained Behaviorist at the facility. He attended Murray State University and Eastern Kentucky University. He also was an educator in McCreary County, Kentucky and retired from teaching at Southern Middle School in Pulaski County, Kentucky. The purpose of this book is to teach and redirect crucial thinking toward the needs of children who have or had dysfunctional families, isolation for long periods of time and can also include negligence or child abuse; a number one problem in Kentucky. Mr. Floss's goal is to make parents, caregivers and foster parents more aware of problems with children who have Attachment Disorder.
