Amazon reviewer David Price is an Associate Professor at St. Martin's College in Lacey, Washington where he teaches courses in anthropology, sociology and social justice. A native of the Pacific Northwest, Price studied anthropology and intellectual history as an undergraduate at The Evergreen State College. He received his MA from the University of Chicago, and Ph.D. from the University of Florida.
