Publisher's Synopsis
The material produced in the "Looking after children" series is intended to help practitioners responsible for the welfare of children in their care to assess and monitor the children's progress. This "Trial Pack" gives local authorities and social services departments the opportunity to view the range of material available and assess their requirements. The pack includes a basic facts sheet, a plan, a review of arrangements, one copy of the assessment record for each age group (six in total) and a booklet, "Looking after children: Guidelines for Users of the Assessment and Action Records."
