In one way or another, a country's economic growth is conditional on a quantitative increase in production over the long term, which must be accompanied by an improvement in the population's living conditions so that collective well-being is guaranteed. The Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) in general, and the town of Kolwezi in particular, has always been known as a geological scandal, and its subsoil is rich in mineral resources: copper, cobalt, platinum, gold, zinc, etc. These riches have attempted to provide a small solution to the unemployment problem of the Congolese population in general, and that of the town of Kolwezi in particular. This being the case, our battlefield will focus on the artisanal mining sector, which is very important for the population of the Urbano-Rural district, as well as its negative and positive effects on society and the economy. Hence this sector deserves meticulous supervision and rigorous maintenance by the Minister in charge, the Minister of Mines.
