This instructional video is one of a four-tape series which allows the surgeon and allied medical personnel to visualize the techniques performed in the treatment of four complicated clinical arthroscopic disorders that affect the shoulder.;This tape begins with a demonstration of the acromioclavicular joint resection technique, both with and without acromioplasty. Treatment for instability is then covered, including specific illustrations of examination under anaesthesia, with appropriate pathology. The arthroscopic findings of patients with glenohumeral instability are illustrated.
