Publisher's Synopsis
The ARL's Second Chances coloring book features 20 detailed animal illustrations and each animal's brief story of second chances. The designs feature a variety of species and artistic styles - perfect for colored pencils or fine tip markers. The books will be professionally printed and bound with a glossy color cover and matte pages. All of the proceeds from the sales will help the homeless pets at the ARL. We commissioned the art students at Scavo Alternative High School to create the illustrations after considering proposals from nearly a dozen professional artists. Together, this partnership promotes second chances, compassion, and individuality for both the students and the animals they have drawn.
