Applesoft Program Editor (APE) is a popular Applesoft BASIC editor for DOS 3.3 and ProDOS that helps you enter lines and correct mistakes. It works in Applesoft, in the Monitor, and can even be used within the programs you write. Features Include: - Includes all of the features of Program Line Editor (PLE) and Global Program Line Editor (GPLE). - Change a single line or an entire range of lines with a few keystrokes. Simply move to where you want to Insert or Delete and A.P.E. makes space for you. - Advanced renumbering, including REM Renumber that lets you fix the starting line number of each subroutine. - Enhanced ESCape editing, Quick-Type, Search and Replace throughout a program, and APPEND subroutines to programs on disk. - Compatible with the Apple II Plus, IIe, IIc, and IIGS.
