This package of a manual, audiotape, and test stimuli presents descriptions of the primary features of aphasia, apraxia of speech, and dysarthria. The manual reviews the neurologic substrates of these disorders and a brief description of their various subtypes. The accompanying audiotape contains eight speech samples from patients with aphasia, apraxia of speech, or dysarthria. In combination with the information in the manual this audiotape can be used to hone listening skills for diagnostic purposes.
