Your child can recognize and relate with the (unisex) Anxious Addy character as Addy progresses from nervous and unable to sleep his/her own room to being empowered and loving to sleep. Additionally, there is a parent resource guide with printable resources to help you and your child overcome the struggles. In additional books, Anxious Addy will overcome fears of leaving parents, going to the doctor, going to school and eating issues.
