There remains outstanding 6per cent. Vincennes University Bonds due in 1885, interest payable semi-annually at the State Treasury in Indianapolis, Notice has been given repeatedly through advertisements to the holders of these, as well as of the War Loan Bonds, that the State was ready to redeem all of them if presented within a given time.
