Dear friends: It will be wise not to expect too much at the outset in this movement to change the form of the publica tion of the horticultural matter that comes into the hands of the secretary through the ordinary channels of the society. The principal object in making the change is to get this matter into your hands in better season and with more promptness, and for the present that will be the principal thing accomplished.
