Existing legislation should be modified to provide municipalities, districts, and counties financial assistance in the establishment and expansion as well as the maintenance of vocational schools.
Existing legislation should be modified so that cities and towns shall defray the costs of transporting pupils to and from approved vocational schools not located within such municipalities.
The number of different occupations for which vocational schools and classes offer training should be increased.
