Excerpt from Annual Report of the Board of State Auditors for the Year Ending June 30, 1909
Captain J. C. Durst and Charles Mccullough, representing Company E. Second Infantry, M. N. G -appeared before the Board and requested the use of carpet recently removed from Executive Office for use in the armory. On motion the request was granted and the Board directed that the superintendent of the capitol be notified accordingly.
Claim No. 4985, J. Edward Bland, for for services and expenses as chairman of the Alger memorial committee. And claim No. 4984, Richmond Backus Co. For for printing and binding the Alger memorial, were pre sented for allowance. An opinion from the Attorney General relative to the allowance of said claims was also received and placed on file. Action on said claims was deferred.
