On Some Newly Discovered Letters of William Harvey, by Dr. S. Weir Mitchell, an address which has since, through the generosity of Dr. Mitchell, been separately printed and dis tributed to the Fellows of the College and to the most important libraries of the world.
At the November meeting of the College, on the occasion of his presentation of the beautiful bust of Galen which now graces this Hall, the donor, Dr. Richard H. Harte, delivered an enter taining historical address on the life and work of this great man, who, as the learned Hirschberg has. Said, is the link between the medicine of the past and the medicine of the future, and the triumph of whose achievements has outlived the changes of fifteen centuries.
