Art. En exécution du traité conclu (1) avec Brack et les autres chefs du Wallo le 8 mai 1819, il sera fait des concessions de terrain sur la rive gauche du Sénégal, depuis le marigot du four à chaux jusqu'à Dagana.
Chaque concession contiendra 150 hectares, équivalant à 507 arpens mesure de Paris (20 pieds par perche).
Il pourra ètre accordé des demi - concessions qui Seront de 65 hectares.
