This volume focuses on the legal regulations for investment brokerage which has become practically relevant in recent years and hints at the necessity to redesign it. The survey shows that the introduction of mandatory consultation for investment brokers is compulsory in order to improve the protection for investors and to guarantee the functionality of the capital market.
