P. 6. An easement is not, properly speaking, a hereditament. It is a right appurtenant to the ownership or occupation of a hereditament.
P. Io. The term rent-service includes rent paid under a contract of tenancy.
P. 29. The Lunacy Acts Amendment Act of 1889 enacts that when a person is lawfully detained as a lunatic, or proved to be incapable of managing his affairs, a judge in lunacy may appoint a person to act for him. Where the property is of small amount, orders may be made by a county court judge.
