Publisher's Synopsis
Excerpt from An Index to the Transactions of the Clinical Society of London: Vols. I-XXX
The entire labour of preparing the Index has fallen on the Secretary, Dr. Archibald E. Garrod, and the Committee ventures to think that all Members of the Society, and all those needing to consult the Transactions in the future, will owe a deep debt of gratitude to him for the exhaustive manner in which his task has been carried out, and the discrimination he has shown in the selection of the numerous headings employed. As will be at once seen, the entire con tents of the thirty volumes have been collated for the Subject Index, and the whole information contained in them is placed at the ready disposition of the consulter. A short explana tory introduction as to the scope and arrangement of the Index is appended by the author, Dr. Garrod.
