Publisher's Synopsis
Excerpt from An Account of the Descendants of John Bridge, Cambridge, 1632
I have been helped in my work in unlooked-for ways, and to an unexpected extent. Now and then, too, I have been baf?ed in secar ing information which I had thought easily attainable. Grateful to many, whom I may not mention. For their aid and interest, I must particularly express my indebtedness to a few, for important services necessary to any approach towards completeness which I may have been able to make in some branches.
