In the distant future, an agency that polices history for people comitting time crimes, named the Chrono Constabulary, is slowly rebuilding. Many of the Chrono Constables were lost in time and space, spread across history and alien worlds alike. It's up to Alistair, the last remaining Chrono Constable, his friend Penny Carter, a British scientist from 1974, and Jake Mulligan, the Universe's most famous time criminal, to save the Constabulary and to keep history safe for us all.
