It has been recognized that alcohol and tobacco consumption is related to public health problems that harm the most vulnerable sectors of our society; among them adolescents and young people who are at a stage of life where they can be influenced by the consumption of alcohol and tobacco and other psychoactive substances (Matute and Pillon, 2008), which, in turn, through excessive consumption of alcohol and tobacco causes millions of deaths in the world each year.
